My practice focuses on Swiss and European competition law.I represent and assist clients in investigations and merger control proceedings before the Swiss Competition Authorities and in the coordination of antitrust and investment screening in multi-jurisdictional transactions. I also advise companies on the implementation of compliance programs, the administration of distribution systems as well as on cooperation projects, licensing agreements and dawn raids.
