Co-ordinating social media efforts with HQ in Brisbane, CA and leading the strategy and content creation for European social channels. Establishing relationships with influential community members like djs, athletes and other celebrities. Working with bloggers on product reviews and content co-operations.

Leading a team of 15 people and developing community building strategies and goals for multiple (5+) online games in various stages of their life cycles. Making sure that team members understand and use feedback, content and social media platforms and techniques efficiently.

Working closely with the consultants to provide tailored solutions and expertise in online community management, reputation management and social media strategy.

The European community of Aion got stocked up after the game's launch and the members based in Seattle also moved back to Brighton again.

During the pre-launch and launch phase of Aion, the European community team has been working in direct vicinity to the Western production team based in Seattle, USA.

When Community Team Leads got introduced in our department I got trusted with the new position.In addition to the tasks of the previous job (see below) I was now responsible for line managing the European Community Team of City of Heroes/Villains.

When NCsoft Europe hired me as German Community Coordinator for City of Heroes the game was already running for four months in Europe and I took over the existing German community of the online roleplaying game.The main tasks of the job were keeping players informed about the game through the message boards and news on the websites, gather feedback from the community for the developers of the game and organize contests and meetings for the community.On special occasions it was also necessary to represent the company in person in front of the press (e.g. press demos at Leipzig Games Convention or TV shows)

The main task in the job was to come up with ideas for new features of an existing application and define how they should be implemented by the programmers.After implementation I was also involved in the QA process and customer feedback interaction on the official internet message boards of the company.
