As a Creative Head at Zirca Digital, my main responsibility was identifying engagement opportunities for clients and their products. I collaborated with various departments, such as sales, marketing, editors, content writers, planners, graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers, to create award-winning content across social media, native advertising, and promoted content. Additionally, I played a role in shaping the branding and user experience of in-house SaaS-based products.On a typical day, I would focus on the creative aspects of the company's three main business areas: Programmatic, Digital, and Product.In Programmatic, I would review and ideate display ideas for existing and potential clients. In Digital, I would work on engagement strategies, ideas, social media, videos and other creative content for a wide range of existing and potential clients across India and Southeast Asia. In Product, I would work with UX/UI vendors, and review the product experience and marketing material with internal teams.

I took up the challenge of working in a crowded category. As the Head UX & UI, I spent a good amount of time reading data from Google Analytics and other user behavior tracking channels. My responsibilities were to understand and document every problem and pain points faced by users (students), sales teams, content creators, marketing professionals, product managers, and various other professionals in the ecosystem. My role enabled me to craft frictionless experiences based on problems & human behavior on various devices/screens. A big part of my role involved mentoring UX & UI designers on various methods, practices, and trends in mobility, usability, and delightful experiences.

I worked as a Lead UI & UX Designer, my responsibility as a lead was to steer the product experience in a direction that was user-biased yet within the business containment. A product that shipped from here went through many iterations of brainstorming, sketching, wireframing, user interviews, experience maps, and usability tests. My job was to ensure the design ties well with the function. I spent most of my time identifying friction points, solving problems, partnering with clients, reviewing wireframes, driving meetings and production at every stage and preaching ‘design that works’ . The platforms I delivered for were iOS, Android, and Apple Watch.

As an Associate Creative Director with OgilvyOne, I worked with some of the best minds in the advertising world. My typical day involved brainstorming, providing creative direction on every piece of communication on digital properties, tracking campaigns, suggesting spends, and selling ideas to clients. I built a team of 9 talented people and kept them on the receiving end for awards and recognition. I constantly monitored the team's morale, motivation, proactive ideas, and discipline.
