I am an experienced higher education professional and Associate Director with a demonstrated history of working with diverse communities. My expertise includes project management, public relations, higher education policy, federal financial aid, and crafting enrollment and retention strategies. I also provide academic and financial counseling to students. A first-generation college graduate, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of California, where I was a finalist for the John Dennis Award for mentoring fellow first-gen students. I hold a Master’s degree in Enrollment Management and Policy from USC, where I was recognized as an Impact Scholar.
