I am currently running my own consulting business focusing on Digital Transformation for the SMB sector. Our largest client is the Federal Government, supporting the Strengthening Business program, proudly supporting Bushfire, Covid and Flood affected businesses recover and flourish. Prior to this I was a founding partner of Deloitte Digital and the National Lead partner for Digital and Innovation at Deloitte Private, focusing on developing a talented national team of designers, innovators and digital specialists. Our aim was to make a meaningful impact in the Australian economy, by enabling our clients to reduce costs, increase revenue, and shift their business model to digitally enabled.I was also the national digital transformation lead for the Federal government's Small Business Digital Champions project, designed to take 100 small businesses, representing every State and Territory in and every industry group in Australia, and help them become digital rock stars. The project, running for 12 months, was designed to ascertain the needs and aspirations of the businesses, create a highly tailored transformation plan, support them in their journey, and share the success stories. It was a privilege to be part of this project. Immediately prior to this role I was the Managing Partner for Deloitte Digital for South East Asia, based in Singapore for 2.5 years. During this time, we grew from 12 staff to almost 150, and established a delivery centre in Manila which has over 100 staff. It was a privilege, a challenge and a wonderful experience. I am very proud of what the team achieved in such a short time. I continue to enjoy both lecturing and the speaking circuit, and am ever passionate around emerging disruptive technologies, and the resulting impact on business and economic models.
