** I solve cleaning problems **Every business needs cleaning equipment, whether it’s just to keep the office or showroom floors clean or to deep clean vehicles, equipment or factory processing lines. Some businesses, e.g. those connected with health services or food preparation, have strict requirements for hygiene and need efficient and effective ways to clean, with minimal disruption to the work of the business. How can I help? My knowledge of the wide range of commercial cleaning equipment available enables me to identify the best solution for any cleaning need – from pressure washers to floor scrubbers and sweepers and a range of other cleaning equipment. This includes the evaluation of new machines coming on to the market so that we can assess their quality and suitability before recommending them to our customers. At B&G we also design and build bespoke cleaning systems, multi-pumps and cleaning-in-place systems for production lines. As joint MD with Ian Hodkinson, my role includes Business Planning, Operations and Financial Management, Health & Safety and Quality. I also oversee B&G’s service department, where my interest is in making sure that the products and solutions we specify for our customer are right for the job, are delivered and commissioned on time and that any problems are handled efficiently. I love a challenge and enjoy the huge variety in my work – the world of cleaning is never dull, and I’m happy to talk to anyone with a cleaning problem, whether you are a cleaning equipment user or a senior manager planning your equipment procurement strategy.
