I am proud to work with this amazing charity which gives real support to the youth of Bucks. Thomas have been proud to help pioneer the Inspiration programme which is using both our behavioural profile, as well as our personality based emotional intelligence tool. Our objective is to help develop self awareness in the young people as well as track things.

I am very proud to be a founding Director of the Bucks Business First and although I stepped down as a Non Executive today. I am still involved in supporting the business I helped found, which is promoting Bucks as the Entrepreneurial capital of the UK. The BBF is a partnership between Bucks County Council and local business leaders to keep Bucks.

As an Entrepeneur, I believe in Peter Jone's vision of promoting Entrepeneurship in young people. Academia is not for all and giving people choices is why I have helped students know more about themselves using our assessment tools, as well as mentoring students with my experience of running a global business.

Learnt how to sell and became an outstanding Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, Manager, of initially Bourne End, Marlow then Windsor. Did every part of the sales process from door knocking other agents properties, letter dropping, telesales to working the sales process through with solicitors.
