As part of the GNI initiative, I collaborated with consultants from various fields to foster the growth of 7 Latin American digital media outlets. My responsibilities included leading a series of 6 to 8 synchronous online meetings with representatives of each media outlet, incorporating workshops and metric analysis, with the goal of enhancing user.
