My UX/UI Design School. An educational initiative that combines mentoring, workshops, and courses to enhance your career.

I worked closely with clients to achieve their goal while not neglecting the needs of the users. I collaborated with agile development teams to achieve our goals efficiently. I also provided mentorship to team members and oversaw all design projects, ensuring that they were completed on time and to the highest standard.Highlights:- Increased conversion rate from 11% to 70% in registration of a mobile game called Friendbase, available for iOs and Android.- Delivered 6 projects from begin to end. Including user flows, wireframes and prototypes.- Created a Design Delivery Model that leads the Design processes in the company.

As part of the GNI initiative, I collaborated with consultants from various fields to foster the growth of 7 Latin American digital media outlets. My responsibilities included leading a series of 6 to 8 synchronous online meetings with representatives of each media outlet, incorporating workshops and metric analysis, with the goal of enhancing user experience on their digital platforms and driving future audience expansion.

I worked on different projects crafting a user experience that had in mind user needs and business goals. Mentored Junior UX Designers. Created information architectures, user-flows and wireframes. Working closely with an UI Designer, and agile development team.

I worked on developing a product called 'Propearti Creditos,' a digital solution for mortgage loans. As the sole product designer, from user interviews and created mockups. I maintained constant communication with a full-stack developer and an internal product stakeholder.

During this time I had the opportunity to work in different projects with big local clients, such as YPF (Argentine energy company) and GIRE (One of the most important companies of financial services in Argentina).I also was part of the creation of an e-learning platform called Mindify.I learned about multidisciplinary work, working with stakeholders and specially with developers, understanding the possibilities of the technology and learning to create a design with those restrictions.

I worked on educational projects with a focus on social impact:- "Menstruaccion" by Economia Feminista: Making menstruation education accessible.- "#EsConESI": Empowering youth in Latin America through comprehensive sexual education.

I coordinated the Integrated Waste Management and Recycling Program within the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Museum. I was in charge of the pre-selection and coordination of two interns, the communication to the university community about the program, the planning of recycling training for students and teachers and budget estimate.

My work here included the creation of official social media accounts for the University Cafeteria for one of the most important universities in Argentina, the organization of cultural activities for the students who attend to the Cafeteria, answering students questions about the service and creating content for the General Pro-Secretary of the University Presidency
