About Martin Riis Kastrup
I create happy & meaningful lives 🤹In December 2015 I woke up from surgery. In that moment I lost 90 % of my voice and had chronic cancer for life 🥴. I am grateful for all the health care experts I had around me but I had no-one to help me with the mental aspects. Instead I developed my own mental strategy to survive using my skills as psychologist. TODAY I use this experience to give you easy access to the mental skills you need to make the most of your life. Seeing people happy makes me tick. Previously I made people happy moving their garbage 👷, cleaning their toilets 🧽 and moved their broken phones around 📞. Today I remove garbage from people's mind 🧠, clean their thought processes 💭 and send rich content to their phone without breaking it 🎬. OUTSIDE WORK I play chess calmly ♟, fight at CrossFit 🏋️, stay updated reading The Economist 📰, clean my mind jumping in cold water occasionally 🥶. Let’s make the most of this life 🚀 Best,Martin
