I am a hard-working, transformational IT Leader with many years’ experience at a senior level. I am passionate about IT and the impact it can have on delivering value and services that benefit the business. I am as comfortable talking about Solution Architecture or Azure Logic Apps as I am about a complex P&L. When constructing or shaping a team, I will always prefer soft skills over technical, it’s much easier to teach a person with a good attitude, technical skills.I am extremely passionate about working within the field of IT and this shows in my approach and my work ethic. I love to get hands on and be involved and I always love to learn. Recently completing a handful of Microsoft Azure certificates to keep my skills up to date.I have been a supporting member of the BCS and have recently taken on the role of Chair for the Chester and North Wales branch. I continue to push myself and my team to learn about new technologies and products, and then applying this to everyday business scenarios. I am more than happy to call myself an IT geek!
