Responsible for setting up the Infrastructure and Service Support Programme using a mixture of Barclays, Contractor and 3rd party resources. Size of programme: 13 Million split between 8 Million capital 5 Million resources over a 20 month period.Role developed into a Portfolio Lead for Contact Centres and supporting Global Services Portfolio, managing 5 PM's and a number of related projects and services, project value circ 5 Million.Full project lifecycle managed the delivery of £2M Outbound Dialler (Aspect), to support 500 Agents across two primary contact centres, thus ensuring OFCOM compliance as well as boosting daily revenues from £15k to £50k. Scope included managing cross functional teams, Integration of service, new business processes and new Infrastructure to underpin the dialler. Programme Co-ordinated by putting in place structure and direction for 15 Offshore Projects of varying size and complexity, these include Global Payments, Citrix Farms into key Data Centres, new build infrastructure Wintel 2K3 servers, Unix, Oracle and Central Telephony. Put in place an overarching landing plan, aggregated resource plan, RAIDs and Programme Change Control. Set up and facilitate regular Project Manager Forum.; Responsible for the architectural service design and road map implementation of a large SAN storing 17Tb of data.
