Our clients consist of companies in an array of sectors such as Solicitors, Manufacturing and Engineering, I am responsible for managing our clients requirements and expectations, whilst helping them utilise modern technology and cloud infrastructure within their business and budget, paired with training and long term personal support to ensure staff confidence, efficiency and continuity.I organise my own training and learning to allow myself to be as knowledgeable of new technology and services as possible, to then re-evaluate our methods and policies to improve our own efficiency for us as a company to provide the best sales advice, support and fastest possible response to our customers.From the day to day running of the business, I manage our staff, including contracts, holidays and disciplinary action. I also deal with financial aspects from company accounts and budgets, banking, purchase ordering and payments.

At Reapit I was responsible for managing a team of support staff ensuring work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, to the end goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. I would consult with management on hiring new support staff and handle the training of my team members, as well as aiding on-going development to allow them to make the most of their own position and provide opportunity for them to progress in the company. During my time at the company, as the company itself was growing, staff that I had been involved in hiring to my team, personally trained and mentored, achieved promotion to their own senior positions within the company.

I was responsible for first and second line technical support, speaking with customers directly as they called our office. Where a resolution couldn’t be found remotely, I would visit the customers site. My aim was to resolve any issues promptly and professionally, utilising the tools immediately available to me at the time.
