CurrentAs a Principal UX Designer and Team Manager at Ergosign GmbH, I lead and manage a talented team of 10 UX designers, including project leaders, regular UX designers, and experts in icon and visual design, within our organizational unit. My role involves overseeing staffing, performance management, and professional development to ensure continuous growth and excellence within the team. I assist with recruitment as needed and manage day-to-day operations to maintain an efficient and supportive work environment. Additionally, I provide sparring for team members on their projects and contribute to business development efforts. Alongside these responsibilities, I continue to lead UX design projects for our clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and innovative solutions.
