As an Investment Analyst, my missions were the following: - Analysed around 40 development projects, from macro analysis (clusters of student, city development projects, public transport access, real estate market attractivity...) to financial valuation of the project. - Participated in the realisation of Opportunity Assessment and Investment Memorandum to be presented to the investment committee.- Worked on side missions such as analysis of major Parisian student campuses based KPI (student to bed ratio), presentation on competitor's growth to be presented at the annual seminar.
