The Team has created a successful network of pumping professionals to deliver the Drilling, Completions and Interventions business in a coherent and efficient manner.

As the SPU Senior CE & PE and also the BP Global Stimulation Advisor. My time in Oman has been spent implementing the 9 well KM Tight-Gas Pilot-Programme, which moved to EWT in 4Q10 and onto FFD in 2012.Major Accomplishments.Achieved Skins of -6 across the board and PIs 4 times higher than previous incumbent. Placed several 1,000,000 lb X-Link Treatmen ts and 1,000,000 gallon 80 bpm HRWFs.Corporate Delivery.Continued to assist worlwide assets with technology deployment and intervention related improvements and enhancements.

Key Roles:In charge of 3 of the 10 planned VICO renewal elements and major contributor to 6. Senior PE Advisor; planning high-value well-work and engaging BP Networks into VICO.Major Accomplishments:Within 10 months prepare all aspects of 6 Frac pilot, Contracts, Equipment, Testing & Sub-surface. With Frac Pilot reversed a 35 Year failure trend for fracturing and delivered economic success. Constructed High-Value well-work Team (CT and Rig-less) and organised all aspects of programme. Halted annual decline (20%) flattened out production and began modest annual increase (5%).Corporate Delivery:Act as the Senior Petroleum Engineer/Completion Engineer and Advisor to a much wider BP and Joint-Venture Community, including countries such as Pakistan

Improved regional Frac performance by ca. 10% and reduced contract costs by 25%. Senior PE Chirag Early Oil Project (EOP) Azerbaijan (Caspian).Key Roles:Responsible for all aspects of Production Operations on the Chirag EOP Platform. Continued supporting Daily PE/DE activity in the areas of Production, Injection and Integrity.Major Accomplishments:Instigated Choke and valve replacement to access additional 5% production capability. Managed Chirag through water break-through Phase and planning for depletion. Delivered Produced-water handling approach from initial concept to field delivery.

2000 - 2003Senior CE/PE HWOU/20K Fracturing Ops (Colombia).Key Roles :Responsible for all aspects of planning, contracting and executing of Phase II Programme. Planned, Contracted and Executed 5 Frac 20,000 Psi Fracturing Pilot on Recetor and SDLA. Acted as Work-Over Superintendent of the HWOU throughout the execution phase. Continued supporting Daily PE/DE activity in the areas of Production, Injection and Integrity.Major Accomplishments :Reduced Contract Costs by 20% and reduced complexity compared to Phase I Programme. Implemented 5 Frac Pilot, IOR achieved was 20.0 MBOPD against planned 9.5 MBOPD. Implemented Phase II of HWOU in Colombian oilfield, no DAFWCs and no LTIs.1994 - 2000Senior CE/PE Fracturing and CTD (Colombia).Key Roles :Team Leader for Hydraulic Fracturing and Stimulation Operations in Colombia. Review and Optimisation of secondary recovery for SDLA, ESPs, GL e.t.c. Completion and Recovery approach for the Cupiagua Gas-Condensate Field. Planning, Management and Execution of $ 60 mm Frac campaign within SDLA. Input to Well Design, SORs and AFEs to ensure optimum Post-Rig Production.Major Accomplishments :Delivered over 50% of SDLAs production (250,000 bopd) through hydraulic fracturing campaign. Decreased costs of fracturing by 40%, increased success rate to 95%. Involved in day to day Operations of Cusiana/Cupiagua and mentoring of Local Staff. Successfully implemented Frac-string campaign, no LTIs and no DAFWCs.

Key Roles:Completion operations in several new developments around the world. Completion Operations in Sand Control, High Rate-Gas and Water-Injection Operations. Engineering support to Aberdeen and Houston assets for Frac, Stim, Well Design e.t.c. Multiple secondments (6 months) to partner operators in joint developments.Major Accomplishments:Acted as liaison/Staff engineer with Maxus, Conoco, Norsk Hydro e.t.c. on various Projects. Delivered successful Water-Injection schemes/pilots in various Assets across BPX Operations. Organised coherent approach by BP exploration to DST and Fracturing Operations world-wide. Successfully initiated annular cuttings re-injection on many new developments world-wide.
