Experienced lawyer and executive in the cleantech / algae biomass / industrial biotech arenas. Since Feb. 2018, I have been a founding partner of Kirkpatrick & Sabarsky LLP, a boutique transactional law firm that has completed over $500 million of M&A and financing transactions to date.
