ROLE: Innovation lead @ Global BioPharmaceutical Company • Role description: As part of my responsibilities as an Account Analytics professional, I am accountable for integrating innovation into our SAP transformation project endeavors. In this capacity, I have developed an innovation methodology, established innovation governance, implemented innovation tools, and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to identify potential innovation opportunities. PROJECT: Commercial Data Warehouse @ US Consumer Health Care Company• Project Description: The project involves the development of an analytics solution that integrates SAP data, Salesforce data for Trade Promotions, and Customer Claims. The technology stack utilized consists of Informatica for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Snowflake as the Data Warehouse, and Power BI for the visualization layer.• Role: As part of the project, my responsibilities include shaping the project's direction, establishing the project team, and acting as the business architect.PROJECT: Global SAP Finance Data Hub @ Bio Pharmaceutical Company • Project Description: The project involves the creation of a Global Finance Datawarehouse that collects data from 9 SAP ERPs to deliver consolidated finance reporting to C-Level executives. The solution was developed using BW/4 HANA and SAP standard interfaces to ensure seamless integration. The visualization component is delivered through Qlik Mash ups, which are embedded within an Angular JS framework.• Role: As part of the project, my responsibilities include shaping the project's direction, establishing the project team, and serving as the project manager.PROJECT: Fraud Detection Engine for Finance postings @ Bio Pharmaceutical Company • Project Description: By leveraging a Global SAP Finance Data Hub, we collaborated closely with the corporate finance team to automate Fraud Rules. This project aimed to introduce automation and controls, eliminating the need for manual execution twice a year. Instead, the Fraud Rules can now be executed on a daily basis, resulting in significant time and effort savings.• Role: As part of the project, my responsibilities included shaping the project's direction, define the conceptual design, establishing the project team, and serving as the project manager.

PROJECT: Analytics Lead S/4 Hana Transformation Project @ Bio Pharmaceutical Company • Project Description: The project entails defining and deploying SAP Analytics using S/4 HANA and BW/4 HANA solutions. As the program lead, I am responsible for leading the core design and deployment activities across multiple countries. We have successfully developed over 160 key performance indicators (KPIs), and several deployments are already completed or underway.• Role: In my role as the program lead, I was accountable for setting up and managing a team with a peak headcount of 40 full-time equivalents (FTEs). I oversaw the recruitment and onboarding process, ensure the team's alignment with project objectives, and provided guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle. I was also responsible of delivering project according to the planned timelines and budget.
