My duties with the company changed during the year and a half that I've been working there. I started keeping the monthly budget control and understanding any different results.After six months of doing it, I was assigned to keep track of all the financial routines and got the change to write inside manuals about account receivables and payables.Now, I am reassigned to monthly control. Preparing the company's monthly results to the general office, presenting internal training about the correct allocation of costs, and starting the budget control for 2021.

Acted on phase 1 of Petrobras' concept project area. Where I was responsible for the economic viability of the department projects. Studying economic variables (and financial modelation) that could impact in the result of the project. Besides that I also worked in the project schedule and financial control, helping other technical areas of the company. Recognized by the company as a fine employee that help the project on its approval period.Besides alocation at Petrobras I was also project leader, dealing with employees demands, closing invoices and deliverables control. Dealing with Petrobras' manager and dealing with their requests about alocation. By the end of the project I presented a paper at Rio Oil & Gas presenting the growth of TCS company in the first year following the new contract manner defined by Petrobras.Assigned at the project conception area of PETROBRAS, where I have been working with economic analysis for the exploration & production sector. Providing studies for the financial valuation of the project. I am also working on project planning and participating on technical meetings with other departments.Besides the assignments at Petrobras, I have also acted as TCS supervisor for the project. Dealing with co-workers demands and allocation, client requests and preparing the monthly invoice.

Preparation and analysis of commercial proposals for national and international tenders. Working, together with other departments, on cost analysis for Offshore projects. Knowledge on importing foreign vessels and its respective laws. During this period we have being qualified on the top positions for all Petrobras related tenders.

Responsible for financial reports to the manager in addition to company auditdepartment. Analysis and presentation of invoices to foreign partners. Assessmentof statement accounts. Promoted from Junior analyst to Senior after two years.

Focus on delivering results and financial analysis of projects, as well as peoplemanagement. Worked as PMO (Project Manager Office) trainee with Petrobrasprojects.Training internal teams within the systems and programs used to control budget andcommercial opportunities, such as CRM, Etof, etc.
