In 2011 I was brought on board to be the primary strategic business leader for a 350 room Marriott Managed Hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both Marriott International and property ownership. I ensured implementation of the Marriott brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding revenue, guest expectations, increased profit and market share. During my tenure:-Revenues increased five years in a row-Profits increased in four out of five years-Market Share increased four out of five years-Guest Satisfaction increased from 2013 though 2016 I held the property leadership accountable for strategy execution while guiding their individual professional development. I ensured the objectives and goals of Marriott and ownership worked together to achieve brand positioning and success. I am actively involved in the local community and have built strong relationships with local officials, business and customers.

Marriott'S Lincolnshire Resort

As the Director of Operations in this Resort property my areas of responsibility included all aspects of managing an 18-hole golf course and 72 acre grounds, two high volume restaurants, golf course bar and grill, banquet and events, two retail spaces, kitchen, front office operations, on-property laundry and housekeeping. I introduced a membership and group strategy that grew golf rounds and oversaw course improvements including all greens, bunkers, cart paths, club house and outdoor event space. During a portion of my tenure I had the dual role of Director of Event Management for the 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space.-An innovation I'm most proud of during this time was to establish a new process for reducing guests problems and our process was held up as a model and best practice for the company. -Our problems experienced scores were reduced from 26% to 18%.
