Throughout my professional life, I've always worked on the premise that honesty and trustworthiness are the best way to get the job done. This has been the case for the past seven years in the cleaning industry, where I have held a wide range of roles - from Operations Manager, working "in the field" to Administration Manager. Digitalisation has been a big part of my work in previous positions - not least in connection with the implementation of CleanManager, which I have helped to manage. I know the importance of getting the entire organisation to play on the same team when it comes to change projects, and I know what it takes to implement new IT systems.However, my focus has always been to keep my eyes on the ball; the carrot that is the value the change project can create for the organisation. I have personally experienced more energy and time in everyday life after the implementation of CleanManager - and I have seen that employees are no longer frustrated by analogue cleaning schedules and uncertainty about their work tasks. And if there's one thing that's true for a cleaning company, it's that happy employees are efficient employees, and efficient employees increase the bottom line.
