(.NET/C#/PowerShell)• Responsible for management and automation of Office 365 and Exchange platforms with over 4,500 e-mail addresses, along with bulk actions and extraction of data for reports.• Migration of E-mail provider from Office 365 to Google Workspace, responsible for bulk actions in over 4,500 email addresses, such as: Data migration, data backup, data updates, general adjustments for the facilitation of data migration, etc.• Migration of ITSM platform (Zendesk to Topdesk), contributing for the creation of rules, process flows, general platform configuration and automation for data manipulation and conversion between the two platforms.• Deployment of an Identity and Automation Management tool for the automation and management of identities for the entire company (over 20,000 identities), assisting in process flow and definitions the tool should follow, along with extensive bulk actions and general consulting in Active Directory integration.
