Reaching that clarity can be a playful, and sometime painful, process: Both require that I maintain the creative, trusting, tension between challenge and support.Delivering, while remaining alert to potential ways of improving, might be described in terms of product "increments" or a learning "cycles". Whatever words are used to describe it, my aim is to enable greater achievement while also helping teams to become better equipped for unknown future challenges.In science, consultancy and product roles, I have contributed to developing decision-support tools that integrate data, systems & visualisations for weather-sensitive operations in the energy, finance, aviation and government sectors.
