I managed a cross functional team of 30 delivering estate portfolio (PfMO) and programmes management (PgMO) and reporting; capital project delivery process improvement; property information management; and secretariats for Estate Investment and Governance Committees.

I originated strategy for Riccarton Racecourse to unlock surplus Reserve land for development of 800 new homes post ChCh earthquakes. Promoted Private Member's Bill to Minister of Conservation to successfully amend Reserves Act. Partnered with Ngai Tahu Property.Development of Shed 6 a multi-function temporary event centre. Included major seismic strengthening of a heritage wharf.

I developed a business case framework and systems to measure the return on investment from the in-house development of special effects (FX) software. Implemented to comply with Central Government research funding protocols.

Responsible for successful delivery of AMP's NZ developments including; rezoning and master-planning of bare-land; residential and mixed-use developments; large commercial office re-developments; and greenfield retirement villages. Led a team of 12 development managers delivering projects across the listed and private institutional property funds, managed by AMP Capital Investors New Zealand.
