Achieved significant improvements in the monthly transaction cycle in relation to commercial / operations reporting results into Finance, as well as step improvement in quality, comprehensiveness and timeliness of management and accounting information to both the operations and finance teams.Initially managed four direct reports, with an indirect team of 24 accountants and transaction processing clerks.
