I take professional satisfaction from managing client accounts from recognition of their needs to delivery of their bespoke solutions. I also enjoy working with a larger team to bring this to fruition. I am committed to continuous professional development, and understand the importance of sharing knowledge and experience with team members, by using a variety of means to disseminate information following on from training and practical experience. I am keen to progress with in my career, and also support others to achieve career progression.
