Learning and Development (L&D) Program Manager responsible for developing and implementing an organization wide manager training program, interacting with senior leaders, human resource business partners (HRBPs), and other L&D programs to support development of foundational management capabilities. I coordinate with stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization to identify manager knowledge gaps, work cross functionally with existing talent development teams to improve existing manager training resources and curriculum, facilitate structured mentorship and coaching opportunities for program participants, develop new manager learning pathways within a learning management system (LMS), drive continuous improvement for the program where I use my experience with eLearning development software, publishing, and learning assessments development, experience building training programs and developing curriculum for geographically dispersed audiences, experience in delivering a blended learning environment including: eLearning, virtual training and distance learning methods, classroom/instructor-led training, and on-the-job training/mentoring, experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting/measuring training results and learning impact and knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices

Conference manager planning work schedules and checking client requirements, ensuring all events run smoothly, managing budgets and financial plans, taking responsibility for the recruitment, training, organisation and monitoring of staff, supervising maintenance, supplies and equipment, achieve profit targets, taking responsibility for the sales and marketing of the conference centre, including pricing, image, brand, promotions and promotional materials, purchasing equipment necessary for the conference centre to operate, ensuring compliance with health and safety, licensing laws and other legal regulations, carrying out day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise. Primary responsibilities include managing audio webinars online platforms, managing video broadcasts using Wirecast encoding and streaming software, responding immediately to scheduling requests, and communicating quickly and accurately with the team. Execution of live audio and video webinars, including client management, covering event bookings as necessary, including those outside of business hours, maintaining fast and accurate communication. Experience with web-based content management systems and live audio production for web, radio or teleconference, excellent writing skills and good attention to detail, video and audio production, and post-production, years of experience in managing conference calls and/or moderating live events.

Teaching simultaneous interpreting in Shanghai University Studies. Researches, designs, and delivers programs, courses and videos to meet needs of the Masters Program. Develops eLearning and videos using authoring software (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, Powtoon, among others). Develops appropriate learning plans, resource materials, and project plans, aligned with the educational goals and principles. I use my LMS to load courses, communicate with participants, track and report registration, attendance and content quality. Act as the training contact in the Chinese Spanish department to answer questions and resolve issues for the training program.

I execute training design and delivery for technical and interpersonal skills, New Hire Orientation, Compliance, and Leadership programs, developing and delivering effective training programs (in person and virtually) on topics related to the needs of the business. This includes needs assessment, instructor and participant materials (course outline, background material, and training aids), logistics, and post-training assessment. Communicating learning opportunities and acts as training contact for the business.
