I helped to build Brunswick's presence and business in Abu Dhabi from a small office with a handful of clients to a team of 16 and a strong client list comprising private, listed and government related corporates.

Led marketing strategy through a programme of communications, advertising and events to promote a better understanding of the QFC internationally and locally. Initiated and managed 3 integrated advertising campaigns (the first in February 2006) using top tier international media channels to reach target audiences, achieving more than double previous levels of recognition. The QFC was among only 2 or 3 such Qatari entities to advertise and to market Qatar internationally. Oversaw a programme of engagement with leading international financial newspapers, magazines and other media channels which included regular sponsored visits by senior editors and writers to Qatar to stimulate both a better understanding of the country's vision and dynamism but also a continuous stream of positive features and special reports on Qatar and the QFC.

Carried out a full brand audit of the Middle East operations of the HSBC Group and completed within 6 months a rebranding programme for some 35 offices employing around 4,000 staff. Promoted the new HSBC brand and its growing business achieving greater recognition of HSBC Bank Middle East as the largest and oldest international bank in the Middle East in terms of its branch network size and regional commitment through media relations, awards, csr programmes and other related activities.Oversaw the design, population and development of the first HSBC Bank Middle East intranet for staff, as well as a range of other information channels.
