Traveled to Denmark and California frequently.- Headed the implementation of a new feature set built on WebRTC, working closely with the WebRTC core team at Google.- Increased tNPS scores by 60 points and significantly increased App Store Ratings by driving an increase in focus on quality.- Decreased the time needed for translations by 90%, through centralizing localizable content and streamlining how translators and the development team worked together. This enabled the translation of GoToMeeting into four new languages with a significant speed-up.- Coordinated the integration of a new iOS in-app screen sharing capability together with the R&D team at Citrix.
