My role as Operations Director is to provide some sort of order to our incredible creative team of branding geniuses, strategists, creatives and media experts, or at least attempt to! It’s a very busy agency and there are ideas flowing in every direction!We work with food and drinks brands of all shapes and sizes, from local southeast business looking to grow, national businesses driving consumer awareness to international brand building. I’m a people person, with a keen eye for Learning and Development. In the last year or so our CPD has ranged from Diplomas in Cheese to Influencer Marketing, Wine Spirit Education Trust and PR Writing for SEO, just to name a few.I’ve been able to use a lot of my skills as an Ex-Army Officer skilled in Operational Planning, Tactics, Military Operations and Command & Leadership. Well, ok, only some of those have been useful! But the discipline and ability to control emotions under pressure certainly helps a small business in the current climate! (I’m also an active reservist.)We work directly with brands, we partner with other agencies and we’re always adding to our black book of photographers, designers and other creative minds.
