Following my graduation thesis, this entrepreneurship experience consisted in bringing the project to reality. With a strong focus on raising food waste consciousness, we designed doogy bag boxes to encourage restaurant customers taking out their food leftovers. Designed reusable doggybag design with low environmental impact and compostable materials.Designed method to calculate optimal number of boxes needed per restaurant.Developed sustainable business model to fit a B-Corp scheme.
