Rationalised fleet and manpower to offer a more cost efficient offering thus realising huge cost savings across the network. My remit involved stakeholder engagement, project meetings involving directors and senior managers, analysis of data through a team of business analysts, modelling of the trial area, TUPE consultation with affected staff, change management and operational project managing from the ground up.
