Management of maintenance plans, backups and SQL Reporting services.• Sophos AV installation, configuration and management• Installation and management of McAfee full disk Encryption.• Installation and configuration Filr, a document sharing system to allow mobile devices access to corporate file shares.• Automation of software using MSI, EXE and Zenworks• Powershell scripting to automate Business As Usual (BAU) tasks.• Installation and management of monitoring products to optimise performance monitoring and alerting of servers, services and hosted applications. • Backup and recovery of physical and virtual infrastructure using Veeam & Catalogic DPX• Evaluation and implementation of new systems and technologies.• Planning of migrations and upgrades of hardware and software. • Capacity planning. • Liaison with external companies to ensure site standards are met during project design, implementation and upgrades of server infrastructure and third party medical systems.• Resolve Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests, including attending CAB. • Mentor new team members to include on-the-job training.• Out of hours support (24/7) for all server infrastructure and medical systems.
