As IT Manager I help companies expand and work on raising IT Operations & Support to an enterprise level. Minimizing legacy IT and becoming fully integrated. In order to operate in an efficient and compliant manner, providing IT solutions and services that enhance productivity and innovation throughout the whole organization. This includes infrastructure on premise, in colocations data centres and cloud partners. I bring current knowledge and future vision for transforming the function including its strategy, service offerings and workforce. I am accountable for contract and vendor management on sourcing partners to make sure they provide agreed services across infrastructure and operations. IT Security as well as physical security. Local and wide area networks, firewalls & VPN. All types of telephony and unified communications. Furthermore Global IT support and IT service management. As a key member of the IT leadership team my role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise wide IT strategy and is responsible for ensuring the Infrastructure & Operations strategy is fully aligned with future state Services based operating model, positioning IT to deliver compelling business value.
