Bebatu Supa, Sesajap Hilir, North Kalimantan

• Supervise drilling process for 31 drilling point (Open Hole and Partial Coring Method) at Bebatu Supa, Sesajap Hilir, North Kalimantan.
• Input daily news, DDR (Daily Drilling Report), and report it to Project Manager.
• Create drill moving scheme for each rig
• Lead 10 drilling crews to execute drilling project and handle financial, accommodation and administration purposes.

Berau, East Kalimantan, Indonesia

• Reviewed business processes to develop formulation (improvement)
• Arranged weekly and monthly evaluations for Project Improvement Binungan Mine Operation 1.
• Resumed daily report and send it to management Binungan Mine Operation 1, from 3 mining contractors (Pamapersada, KDC, and FAD)
• Analyzed probabilistic of failure the weekly staging progress of mudcell IPD_D2 (for 23 week) and discuss the result with the Geotechnical and Hydrology Department.

• Initiated the Emergency Response Plan at 7 Plant, based on ISO 7010, SNI_03_1736_2000, and SNI_03_1746_2000
• Analyzed Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment to improve the concern of ERP Plant.

• Managed 40+ members of HSE 2021 based on vision and mission of our organization.
• Achieved 39+ participants of blood donation in the middle of pandemic Covid-19 era at Universitas Padjadjaran.
• Held Askara Sawahita’s events that related to HSE’s activities (planted 1000 mangrove, 3x taught locals, built rubbish bins, installed 6 safety sign and ERP) at Muara Sawah beach, Lebak Banten.
• Held 1001 Mangrove’s event that planted 2000 mangrove at Tangkolak Beach, Sukakerta village.
