He has helped start-ups with IP and organizational issues and provided strategic legal counsel to businesses. Mr. Johnson has also provided guidance to non-profits.Mr. Johnson received his law degree from the University of Virginia School Of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. He obtained special training in Mediation from the Straus Institute and he is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London). Mr. Johnson is admitted to all state and federal courts in Washington, including the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also admitted to State Bar of New Mexico. He has served on the boards of non-profit and business community organizations. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association
