till Dec 2017Internal role change at Liberty Global acting as a TPM to built/deliver new entertainment platform to CZ and PL. Focus was on integration support to get the new Horizon platform (DAWN) where we collaborated closely with Seachange and other partners to deliver the full set of requirement delivered for this new video entertainment platform.January 2018Changed to TPM for the inhouse microservices development building a new Video Backoffice blueprint architecture. In close collaboration with partners like epam, merapar and red consult we have built a great platform enabling a great feature set of video entertainment products for our end customers.Part of my role was to built up the governance, support the various development teams, host a 6 weeks release review meeting, point of contact for integration teams, lead the Scrum of Scrums, ensure teams could focus on their key priorities, etc..January 2021Processes and teams are very mature and took the opportunity to take the Scrum Master role with a development team based in Katowice. Team responsibilities are on the recording management, bookmarks, Personalization, Purchasing flow, Watchlist features, etc.

Involved in small to large deployments in the digital cable TV industry to deploy digital TV head ends. Countries being Norway, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Hungary. Objectives varies from vendor selection (RFI), Architecture review, Responsible for Initial deployment at affiliate and provide 3rd line support. This requires close contact with the affiliate counterpart engineers to built and maintain state of the art head ends offering all latest marketing demands.

Technical responsible for the installation of the Philips Digital Compression systems, based on MPEG2/DVB broadcasting. Experience with national and international projects.

Developed a Test tool, which detects audio failures.
