This diverse role comprises responsibility for designing and seamless integration of several in house developed Microsoft Dynamics AX-modules tailormade for Housingcompanies in combination with a front-office solution and a customerportal for the lessees of our customers. Preliminary to an implementation I determine the gap-fit of our total ERP-solution and connections with third-party solutions. This helps in determining the scope of the project and to get the right expectations of the project at our customer. After the project is closed I partner with our customers in mapping their roadmap to our roadmap and to discuss improvements the customer requests to advice on new services we offer in our portfolio.

Consultancy, information analysis, testing and implementing role in the from scratch development and realization of an entire owners' association-management (VvE-beheer) solution in Dynamics AX. The solution and my role in the project comprised three modules: a financial, an owners' association-specific and a Maintenance module.After the first successful implementation project in June 2011 of our new, also from scratch developed, module Market (= matching of houses and appartments to new tenants) for a housing association(Woningcorporatie) in Friesland, I am currently working on the next Market-project for a customer in Drenthe. Further I designed a workflow solution and a Customer/Relation information system, both integrated in Dynamics AX.

Business Consultancy/Blue-printing role. At customers I blue-print an entire organization or department, plus advise on redesigning processes or optimizing them. Functional consultancy role. This versatile role varies from determining the functional specifications with the customers including suggesting process improvements and optimizations, to translating them to a functional design for a technical consultant. Further testing the solution built by the technical consultant and implement it at the customers plus guide users in the use of the solution.Process-manufacturing/MES-solutions in Food, Cattlefeed and Production and bottling of Cleaning products. In this role the customers and I determined the specifications and I built the solutions in two standard-applications. Further I developed reports on key indicators and production information to productionleaders en managers.Maintaining a tailormade ERP at the Berghuizer Papier Fabriek containing warehouse management, production control/MES and interfaces with SAP and an Automatic Warehouse.Activities besides day to day work:Build company strategy and implement strategy within our own organization.Hiring new colleagues

For Buhrmann, an international wholesaler in office furniture, I developed a B2B webbased orderingsolution. As teamleader for the division Trade, Distribution & Transport intranet, I coordinated the realization and maintenance of several web-applications.

At Baars I both functionally and technically realized and maintained a Management Information System which reported operational key indicators on performance of cheese cutting lines to the management, productionleaders and machine operators.
