I also gained a crucial understanding of State/Federal Employment, Benefits, Resources, Personnel Management, OPM Policies, National Guard Human Resource Operations, and Standard Operating Procedures to provide accurate direction and guidance to job-seeking Guard Members and Civilians as well as Hiring Officials successfully reducing the hiring process start to finish from approximaly 5-6 months down to 4-6 Weeks.

As a Radio Communications Operator for C Co. 4th Tank Battalion, 4th Marine Division I was tasked with creating and maintaining nets during multi-phase military operations, establishing/verifying cryptographic keys, sensitive item inventories, training Tank Commanders, Gunners, Loaders, and Drivers in proper Transmission Systems Operations, and prioritizing the efficient, secure and time-critical communication efforts for Tank companies across the North Western region to achieve Mission Accomplishment resulting in C Co. becoming the first-line/Deployable Tank Company for 4th Tank Battalion, 4th Marine Division.
