Mr. Verronneau has more than twenty-six years of sales and management experience in the healthcare, real estate and financial sector. He held various positions starting from Family Medicine Sales Representative in 1998 to co-founding an oncology dedicated pharmaceutical and diagnostic company where he was the President and Chief Executive Officer. He also founded a real estate development company which created a new borough in 3 phases of deployment, adding more than 47 million dollars in residential valuation to date.He worked in different environment ranging from American publicly traded to European privately owned to Canadian start-up and soon to be listed companies.After founding and/or early investing in several businesses in different economic sectors, Mr. Verronneau put to profit his extensive experience in financing solutions and crowd funding assisting companies throughout their development from seed to IPO as a Partner with Wynston Hill Ventures. He more recently joined ALT 5 Sigma Inc. to add cryptocurrencies for both trading and payment to his consulting offer.Mr. Verronneau holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Université de Montréal and is accredited in Cardiology, Neurology and Respirology by the Council for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education, in First Aid & Rescue by the Canadian Ski Patrol and on semi-automatic 9 mm pistol by the RCMP. He has a Level II Security Clearance issued by CSIS.
