I'm an all-round ICT specialist with more than 30 years of experience. I have experience as manager, functional manager, system analyst, technical team lead, application manager, project manager, service manager and service provision manager. My experience concerns several disciplines and market sectors, especially administrative systems, service desk, outsourcing and off shoring. I like to do my work in complex and challenging environments. As functional manager / service manager it gives me a lot of satisfaction when I can make the organization's work easier or improve through the use of appropriate means or optimized processes. I feel right at home working between the business and IT. As a leader I'm results-oriented with a pragmatic attitude. With a convincing and coaching leadership style, I create conditions with optimal team performances. I have a high rate of sense of responsibility and I think that thinking along, advising and guiding of the organization is very important and gives me a great pleasure doing this work.
