Operations Supervisor
• Leads the team/s in developing and executing test plans, reporting issues, resolving issues, improving test process, and providing information on process enhancements.• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define both feature level and system-wide quality requirements to reduce or eliminate technical issues.• Responsible for the daily processing and execution of payment runs (Automated and Manual) and Manual Payment requests.• Issues resolution, validation and due diligence, request and monitoring of authorization to ensure that all payments have been processed according to SOP.
