Western Europe Indirect Partner Channel Lead responsible for the development and growth of Microsoft Public and Private Cloud solutions across 14 countries with Tech Data, Ingram Micro, Arrow, ALSO.

Leading the Change plan across One Commercial Partner organisation in Western Europe. I focus on helping our teams and partners Embrace, Adopt and Utilize a change in their day-to-day work.

Responsible across 14 countries for building, managing and developing relationship and business with key Service Providers (Telco, Hosters) to drive sales of Cloud services, encompassing SaaS, IaaS and PaaS that can be provisioned directly from a partner (Hosting model) or by Microsoft through the CSP (Cloud Service Provider Program)

Martin Walker sits in Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Group and is responsible for landing the Microsoft Cloud Partner Strategy in EMEA. In this role Martin works with single/Multi-Area leaders in landing agreed worldwide strategies, which includes selection, recruitment, on-boarding and activation of Partner Sales ecosystem. Now in his sixth year with Microsoft he was previously the Lead of Software Services for Microsoft UK, where he was responsible for building Microsoft’s Partner-Hosted business supplying infrastructure and software-as-a-service solutions through the UK partner channel. Martin brings a breadth of understanding to his role gained over 20 years’ in sales and marketing, with a variety of different partner types from ISV, VAR, Distribution and Managed Service Providers.
