Part of the Information Services Leadership Team reporting directly into the NWG Executive Team, responsible for all aspects of digital strategy and the continuous delivery of new business value from a broad range of technology products. Responsible for leading functions including Strategy, Architecture, Product management and Business Analysis, I am accountable for the delivery of the 5 year NWG Digital Strategy - To be the 'Most Digital Water Company in the World'. This includes all aspects of solution selection/design and the management of the complete portfolio of NWG digital products and services for Billing, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Services and GIS, Digital Customer Experience, HR, Finance and Compliance. Responsible for technology horizon scanning and sponsor to a range of Digital innovation projects.

Part of the Information Services Leadership Team; heading up a talented team of domain and solutions architects. Responsible for all aspects of NWG IT strategy and development of enterprise-wide architectures. Accountable for research and strategy definition, product evaluation, ensuring business alignment and development of 1-5 year enterprise transformation roadmaps. Working closely with our Business Relationship Management teams, to develop strategic architectures that quickly enable effective business outcomes. Promoting new technology opportunities that will transform the NWG business in-line with the company vision. Working with our IS teams to define and design foundational strategies and architectures across all facets of IT.

Responsible for IS Business Relationship Management for the Corporate business functions of Northumbrian Water Group (Finance, HR, Procurement, Scientific Services, Investment Delivery, Asset Strategy etc). This role sits on the IS Leadership Team reporting into the Group Information Services Director, leading on IT strategy for an industry leading water utilities company. Leading a team of Business Analyst/Architects; responsible for managing the the IS capital investment programme of work for the corporate business functions as well as accountability for providing first class IS services for our corporate business customers. I am also sponsor for the Hangzhou Bay Bridge element of the IS strategy, comprising of a portfolio of projects to provide the right information needed for employees to do their job effectively, whatever their role and wherever they may be.

Working as part of the Business Relationship Management team within Corporate Information Services. My role was primarily focussed on working with the Finance, Human Resources and Scientific Services business functions in conducting feasibility studies and building Business Cases for the commissioning of new Information Services capital projects. This included full responsibility for stakeholder management, scoping, business architecture definition, business process mapping, requirements analysis, options analysis and systems design for a wide range of mid-large scale projects for a leading water utilities provider.

Part of the NWG Information Services Senior leadership team and working in dual-roles as Head of IS Strategy and Architecture and Head of Service and Operations. Responsible for leading teams that cover all aspects of Digital Strategy, Solution Selection, Solution Design and Enterprise Architecture, as well as leading the IT Service and Operations teams, responsible for Service Assurance, Service Desk, IT Cloud and Infrastructure, IT Networks and Telecoms, Systems application support and Database administration.

Part of the NWG Senior IS Leadership team; responsible for the overall NWG IS/Digital strategy, supporting technology strategies, the Enterprise/Solution Architecture practice and the business transformation design authority. Accountable for co-creating an innovative and agile 1-5 year digital technology strategy, that realises high business value and supports the NWG vision to be the most digital water company in the world. Responsible for leading a fantastic team of Enterprise Architects, Solutions Architects and Strategy Leads across a broad portfolio of business and technology change programmes. Senior sponsor to a number of transformational programmes including Cloud, Enterprise Mobility and User Experience. Chair of the Design Authority for our transformational programme streams including Leading Asset Management and Customer Experience.

This included full responsibility for all aspects of Project Management engaging in PMI methodologies and including stakeholder engagement, project initiation, Business Analysis, resource/time management, test management and project commissioning for a range of mid-long term projects for a successful multinational car manufacturing business.
