I have led teams across all aspects of IT/Digital, with roughly 50% of my career being focused on leading IT strategy, enterprise architecture and relationship managements teams and 50% on programme delivery and IT service management. I have recently developed complete enterprise digital strategies, designed and implemented full directorate digital operating models and led several strategic business transformation programmes. I have a passion for emerging technology driving business innovation both internally and out to the customerbase. - About my roleCurrently Head of Strategy and Product Management at Northumbrian Water Group, I am responsible for the NWG digital strategy and the continuous innovation of digital products and services for all business functions at NWG (inc. smart metering, customer experience, asset management and Finance/HR). My role is focussed on sustainably realising maximum business value from these digital services and exploring new business opportunities from emerging technologies. I recently led the development of the NWL digital vision to be ‘The Most Digital Water Company in the World’ and implemented a new Product based complete operating model for Information Services. I led regional ERP (HR and Finance) transformation in the Automotive sector prior to joining the Utilities industry.
