We are well known in the industry for helping experienced operators secure the right capital partner.Representative client work has included investing over $400 million into a strategy for acquiring core and core-plus investments throughout the Bay Area, refinancing a $100 million portfolio of properties to provide additional capital to enhance existing returns, and acquiring a diverse portfolio of commercial properties that provide substantial long-term cash flow and appreciation for a family office.We have extensive relationships throughout the capital markets, including banks, pension funds, investment advisors and private equity sources. Our typical assignment ranges from $15 million to $240 million and includes industrial, office, retail, multi-family and special-use projects located throughout the U.S.

Engaged in all aspects of the firm's commercial real estate joint venture equity investment business. Initially responsible for overseeing the underwriting and due diligence process. Later, as asset manager overseeing Hanover's portfolio of joint ventured real estate investments, responsible for investor relations and reporting in conjunction with the company's equity fund. Investments included to-be-built and value-added apartment, industrial, office and retail properties, primarily in the western U.S.

Primarily responsible for origination of fixed-rate CMBS loans in Southern California and Nevada from 1999-2000. In initial role as Senior Underwriter in the Los Angeles office, responsible for due diligence and loan committee presentation of core fixed and floating rate loan opportunities as well as junior participating debt transactions. Later, helped spearhead the company's International Debt Opportunities Group, targeting value-added investments in the Asian banking industry and real estate markets.

Provided state-of-the-art financial analysis and interpretation of commercial properties to enable the firm's clients to make the most informed decisions regarding their real estate opportunities. Analyzed hundreds of office, retail, industrial and apartment assignments encompassing a myriad of investment and leasing transactions. In final role, responsible for managing large portfolio and other high-profile assignments, as well as training the company's Financial Services professionals.
