Production process design and control system development/support.

Managed global pharmaceutical upgrade program for production facilities. Managed 2 direct reports responsible for global operations safety program and cylinder package design/procurement- Designed and built first packaged gas production facilities to achieve GMP certification in the Czech Republic, South Korea and Brazil.- Led team involving operations- Built GMP compliant medical gas packaging facilities globally.- Developed new controls systems integrating production with ERP.- Managed safety improvement programs.

Responsible for establishing and enforcing best engineering solutions globally for industrial & medical cylinder gas plants. Worked with local engineering teams to design and build cGMP compliant cylinder gas facilities for medical gases.- Designed $12 Million automated cylinder filling plant and South Africa. Reduced manpower 30% and product losses 10%.- Designed innovative single cylinder filling facility integrating production with SAP. Workforce reduced 10%.

Build new and upgraded existing cylinder gas production facilities globally.- Led multinational team to select global supplier for automated cylinder filling systems. Selected system installed in 11 facilities in first 2 years.- Built production facilities in US, UK, Australia and Thailand.

Plant engineer for high purity electronics gases plant. Responsible for installing new process lines, upgrading systems, troubleshooting, etc.- Developed and implemented site management of change process.- Worked with R&D to design/implement a new cylinder particle cleaning process for ultra high purity cylinders.
