I am currently the CEO/Executive Director at Project Turnabout Addiction Recovery Centers. Over my 25 year career I have worked in various nursing/leadership capacities including: Emergency, Trauma and Intensive Care. I lead the initiative in the development of an Internal Occupational Medical Department for a nationally based turkey processing company significantly reducing their overall experience rating, was the Director of Nursing and Patient Care Services for a large, eleven site multi-specialty medical organization in rural MN and specialize in many areas including; Quality Improvement and Quality Measurement, Team Building, Strategic Planning and Operations as well as Regulatory Compliance on the local, state and national levels.I am one of a few nurses in Minnesota who is an Internationally Certified Addictions Registered Nurse. I hold a certification in Rapid Cycle Improvement from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and beyond my nursing experience I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Management and a Master of Science Degree in Business/Organizational Performance.

Assisted in the writing of an internal electronic messaging program.  Regulated, oversaw and created employee teams for; Quality Assurance, Risk Management and all OSHA and HIPPA requirements. Strong influential member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly reporting to the Clinic Administrator and Medical Director.
