Through this position I was given the opportunity to experience quite a few job details. I not only waited tables, I interacted with people from the time they walked through the door (often held by me) until they walked back out. I also helped to ensure that their bills were figured properly and that their time with us was enjoyable. Following their departure I assisted in all clean up duties associated with restaurant service.

Through this position I was given the opportunity to work with a wide verity of people not only outer customers, but inner customers as well. We worked a lot with temp agencies and I was the one that handled most of the training, mainly because when I started doing so our roll over took a steep dive and H.R. found that people were wanting to return. I did so bye organizing and conceptualizing the work place to make it more friendly for all involved, and I refused to leave people wondering what they needed to do. I treated them like I would have liked to be treated when I started working there.
