Lead trainer for YMCA of the USA's Day Camp Director certification course, an 18 hour course designed to information, networking and resources for YMCA Day Camp professionals and seasonal directors. Assisted with curriculum re-write of the training material and training design. Additional training and development experience includes: Faculty, Administration of Day Camp; Trainer, YMCA Training: Design and Delivery. Also designed and delivered multiple mini-workshops on content such as: Training Staff, Presentation Skills, Positive Reinforcement for Children in a Group Setting, Child Abuse Prevention, Behavior Management, Camp Staff Leadership.
