sTARTUp Day has been my greatest challenge that tested me in every way possible. Versatile tasks from putting together a team, to production planning, from budget planning to partnership relations. Three years I organized sTARTUp Day business festival and I feel this unique role has been my biggest lesson and I've enjoyed every moment.

As the Chief Operating Officer of sTARTUp Day I was in charge of planning and executing sTARTUp Day side events program. In addition to the 35+ events happening during sTARTUp Day, I was also the head for sTARTUp Talks events series. sTARTUp Talks brought together specialists from all kinds of different areas of expertise: Gaming, Marketing and Sales, UX/UI and Self-Development. During sTARTUp Day I helped to coordinate the team and I was in charge of different HR activities. In addition, I served as the hand extension to the Head Organizer. One of my favorite tasks was producing sTARTUp Nigh: The Dawn of the Viking. Over 1000 people from sTARTUp Day came to see the incredible Viking Party in Tartu Lodjakoda (Barge Hall). Yes, there were vikings, there were fire dancers, you could throw an axe, knife or even a pan. Some say it was the best party they ever attended 10/10. sTARTUp Night is the official Networking party during sTARTUp Day.
