Employ strategies included facilitating cross-governmental and departmental coordination meetings, hosting targeted workshops, offering technology integration support, and promoting public literacy. • Successfully implement QRIS as one of the digital payment option for 97% of 650 local taxes accros South Sulawesi, increasing its share from only 0.02% in 2021 to 2.86% in 2024 of the collected taxes and levies.• Coordinate with local governments (Acceleration and Expansion Team for Regional Digitalization/TP2DD) to support them in developing their Annual Digitalization Report. This collaboration resulted in three awards by Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs for Best TP2DD in 2022 and four awards, including Best TP2DD and Best Flagship Program, in 2023.• Champion the Local Government Credit Card/KKPD for Government-to-Business (G2B) transactions.
